the EMERGE conference is over

i feel like doing lotsa things for Him
here's STH i composed

life is a box of chocolates
filled with mystery and surprise
e owner chooses that to be eaten
either for pleasure or graving

or that we truly want to n need to?

keep the world going
not with worldly attitude
but with Godly attitude

Footprints in the Sand

One night i had a dream. I was walking along the beach with the LORD, and across the skies flashed scenes from my life. In each scene I noticed two sets of footprints in the sand. One was mine, and one was the LORD's. When the last scene of my life appeared before me, I looked back at the footprints in the sand, and, to my surprise, I noticed that many times along the path of my life there was only one set of footprints. And I noticed that it was at lowest and saddest times in my life, I asked the LORD about it:"LORD, you said that you would walk with me all the way. But I notice that during the most troublesome times in my life there is only one set of footprints. I don't understand why you left my side when I needed you most." The LORD said: " My precious child, I never left you during your time of trial. Where you see only one set of footprints, I was carrying you.

I believe most of ya my brothers and sisters are aware of this story
no doubt when i first heard it when i was a baby christian, i was touched.
Now as a more matured child of GOD, this simple story is a LIFE-TRANSFORMING one

ain't it a blessing to know that the LORD will carry you in your trials and tribulations?
that in your darkest moments, you know that He will always be by your side
the strength, hope, grace, peace, self-esteem and confidence that are needed
when things around you seem so uncertain
ya things may be bad, BUT one thing i know,
GOD IS IN CONTROL
He'll never forsake you
how can you ever forsake Him?

its everlasting

i just feel the important of guarding your spiritual life
its like a spiritual battle
every now n then we WILL meet challenges

tribulations
persecutions
guess what
the time when the devil will attack us is when we are WEAK in our walk with GOD
its perfect time for him to attack n defeat us
guys i just feel that GOD is speaking to me

when we treat our relationship with GOD for granted, we will just give up when we THINK that things are too big for us to take
we can't take the pressure
the critics
the gossips
so no doubt we'll backslide

thus never take your relationship with GOD for granted
ya no doubt our dark valleys of life will be hard for us to go through
but one thing the simple thing that everyone noes but take it for granted
that is

A well known speaker started off his seminar by holding up a $20bill.

Hands started going up.

im goin to be water baptised this sunday
extremely looking forward to it
cos i can tel the whole world im a CHRISTIAN

in the progress of coming up with this decision
i struggledthoughts of imperfections of myself pictured in my mind
that i tink i should jus skip this round of water baptism

BUT now i came to my senses
im saved though GRACE
im not going to be good enough to deserve this forever
but its through GRACE that im saved
God tells me to focus on HIM

i believe this significant event is going to open a lot more of heavens above me

people the following will be of significance to you
if you wanna lose weight
guess wat?
the good news is when your metabolism rate increases
then you will lose weight by means such as exercising, balanced dieting etc
but NO to skipping meals cos your body needs energy to function
the more you don't eat
the more your body will want to retain whatever you eat
and you will do no good to your metabolism

haha i read that in the books
im interested in this sort of things

yaya back to my point
to increase your metabolism rate

1) DRINK AT LEAST EIGHT CUPS OF WATER DAILY
reserve a 500ml bottle for yourself, bring it whenever you go
including when you are studying, place in on your study table
DRINK IT and refill it
Justification: Water will wash your unwanted issues(including FATS)
Note: never think that water will rise your body weight

2) Eat more vegetables such as CARROT, TOMATOS
Justification: Vegetables have no fat at all, and it will improve digestion

Hey when you do this, you'll see results in less than a week
cos metabolism rate is the key to losing weight

as i did my first exam today
Business Statistics
God's presence is with me the moment i stepped out of my house
when i walked towards the examination hall
a soft still voice whispered to me saying:
Joy, you will do well in this paper
i was excited after hearing that
As i did my paper
God reminded of the steps to do
which fomula to use
beware of careless mistakes
what an ALMIGHTY GOD i serve
He never fail me

in the area of my coursework for this subject
i did not do very well for it
thus i muz really do exceptionally well in my exam
PRAISE GOD my prayers came to pass
though my paper is not even marked
i believe and know i'll score fantastic grade
in fact the best grade for my present semester
despite the fact that i scored the weakest for its coursework

truly all things are possible with GOD!

frens, if there's anything in your life that you desire extremely
but you don't seem to be reaching closer to it
you feel that God is not with you
heed this:
God will never forsake you
not even the slightest moment
don't ever think of giving up
when the time comes
God will show you the way
He is a timely God
nothing will come too early or late
believe in Him that He is able
to bring your prayers to pass

in a nutshell, we live in this fallen world whereby there are many 'what if's
but rejoice cos God is with us

apologies
have not been blogging for the last few days
cos im reali busy with the conferences and service at Singapore Indoor Stadium(SIS)
with Pastor Benny Hinn and my dearie Pst Kong
though Friday, Saturday and Sunday were like an intense battle for me
in terms of the long hours outside home and little sleep
im thoroughly refreshed, anointed and TRANSFORMED
i seldom use the word' transormed'
thus when i used it
it really applies to me

Pst Benny is truly a powerful man of GOD
he is extremely anointed and awesome
i witnessed endless and incredible miraculous healing testimonies
the deaf can hear
the blind can see
the diabetes healed
the typroid healed
the lame can walk
the multiple tyes of cancer healed
to name a few

this is the first time i witnessed such powerful healing testimonies
im truly amazed
by my Almighty God
assuredly i say to you
when you have the belief and faith
and not forgetting determination
no illnesses or diseases
cannot be cured in Jesus Name
cos He's our Healer
divine Healer

i wept endlessly by the immerse presence of GOD
truly seek the presence of GOD
and your days will be filled with such joy and purpose in HIM
cos He's our Creator
Saviour
LORD

without Him, we perish

Believe in Father Almighty
cos He's the only way to GOD
to Heaven
to eternity

You may not believe in heaven or hell

today is e first day of e last week as a freshman of TP
furthermore the last group project 'presentation' (meeting role-play) i had
i ended it well
Praise the LORD (PTL)
God is truly the author and finisher of my faith

thank for HIM i scored an high B/even A
was so thrilled when my group n i heard it
it was inexplicable
hours and even days of discussion paid it off
i have a gut feeling
my previous group presentations rox
look forward to our ppt grades

this testimony refreshes me
anoints me
reminds me that GOD can use such a vessel like me
to shine

went for e choir pract too
its indeed straining
tired
but i know i'll be blessed out of this whole thing
when i serve faithfully
attend practices diligently

hee a hectic week i gotta have but a fruitful one

i got to learnt jewish language too
haha amusing at first when it comes to pronounication hee
but not that bad
i like the present choir
such a huge number

had a fulfilling time shopping away
(to my hearts content)
finally bought my desired formal clothes
tops and bottoms
not only can i wear it for school projects' purposes
but also for choir formal wear
kill two birds with one stone ar
however i shopped for almost 3 hours till i felt restLESS
but yet on cloud nine MOOD
these shopping actually took place yesterday

what exactly happened today?

yet here's my answer:

woke up late today
did some of my school work
after which, there's 2 choices for me
either to go swimming with my sis
or catch a movie with anthony
in the end went to e movies

BEFORE going to themovies, went shopping with my sis

later on
arrived at Shaw House at about 2100
thank God
there's still tickets (left) for White Noise for the 2130 time slot
initiatlly wanted to eat popcorn
but due to time constraint and no. of ple waiting
decided to switch to having SubWay
to my surprise
there's no bread left
decided to buy e cookies instead..
guess what
it lou hong
what a sweet surpise before a horror movie

however the highlight was e movie itself thou
in e beginning im intimidated by the sound effect le
but thou, managed to 'control' myself
as e movie continued
im so frightened by it till i pulled anthony's shirt so forcefully unknowingly
haha
who ask him to sleep during e movie!
for some of e parts
i covered my face with my fingers till he became so amused
y can i possibly be so easily intimidated?
niwae, i really enjoyed the movie!
haha despite e one screaming from myself suddenly!
naturally.. its not that i want to scream

haha
self-denial

niwae tml gotta me a long day for me!
moreover, still hav one last project to chiong..
hee way to go!

last but not least, e movie is not that scary after all.. i find it touching too...
all of that started because of e immerse love and longing that a husband has towards his late wife who died in an accident
